Stay away from these.. I had mine for a little over 1 month before the left speaker died.

These come up on Woot every now and then for about half this price.

I have a set of these and I don't love them. They're good, but don't stay in my ears nearly as well as other in-ear phones I've had.

these earbuds are good (or, rather, good enough) for what you're paying. they do start to rip off from where the wires meet the earbuds and plug though.

These look a lot like the i390's I bought with a maximo travel kit (with wall+car charger, cable). They are different than the imetal i490s found on woot regularly... those (which I also own) have a straight metal tube where these have that little ball where the wire comes out.

These fit my ears very well and have good bass sound (maybe because they fit so well).

The cable from these managed to fray on my original pair, but maximo replaced them under warranty and the newer cables are much better.

I got these as a gift and they lasted a little less than a week. The Cables got tangled and suddenly after untangling, the left bud sound was dimmed and the right bud worked occasionally. There are better earbud deals out there for sure.

I bought a couple of pairs of the Maximo iMetal earbuds that came up on Woot and they both came apart. They sounded ok, to me, but the speakers literally came apart. Each pair probably lasted about a month.

@montresor: I could not find it $25 at Amazon. It's $45 (with shipping). You must be looking at the wrong item. Or please provide link.

Guys, this is a headset --- earphones + mic + control. Are you talking about the same item here?

These are INCREDIBLE earbuds. I actually have the iM-490S model that was on Woot a while ago, so I can't speak for the microphone, but I know that Maximo make awesome earbuds with amazing sound quality that rivals $200 Sony and even Bose earbuds. The rubber tips also do a great job at isolating you from the noise around you and are actually good for your ears, as you can have the volume at about half the level you used to, and it still sounds just as loud. Background noise is really the main reason we turn up the volume on our players.
