Beware if you already caught the earlier listing of this deal that was since marked dead. http://deals.woot.com/deals/details/4e7c5064-ef16-4b8c-be4d-cd4066b23c58/ This is the same rebate, offer code PAT-12072, and has the restriction "Limit One (1) rebate per qualifying rebate offer, per person, billing address, household and receipt/invoice/packing slip during the eligibility period, except were prohibited by law."

Last day to get it though, so don't miss out!

I'm a bit skeptical though - Newegg doesn't review products that poorly unless there really is an issue with them...

Today I actually just received this card which I had ordered last week under the same rebate. While I haven't done any benchmarks with it I did just transfer about 2GB of data off another card that I had been using with my GPSr. (Garmin Colorado) Transfer went faster than I expected. When I fired up my GPSr to confirm my data came across OK before clearing the old card it seemed the unit loaded the maps more quickly. Can't say for sure that it did, but it didn't feel like I had to wait as long. So far thumbs up from me, but that's only a few hours use. I've gambled a lot more on other cards, at $4 AR I couldn't pass on this one.

reviews are too sketchy. Even if it's cheap, I'm not gonna buy something unless I need it, and if I need it, I need it to work. I went with this:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820208453&nm_mc=TEMC-RMA-Approvel&cm_mmc=TEMC-RMA-Approvel-_-Content-_-text-_-

Look at those reviews man...impossibly reliable, and class 6 isn't bad at all.
