@fit410s: I know it is a battery sucker, BUT it is Doctor Who and I think it is worth it. I plan to modify mine to work off a wall transformer.

@theoneill555: Perfect! I won over my eldest to the world of the Time Lord (#10 is her favorite). Don't know how she had missed the episode but yesterday late afternoon I linked her to "Blink." She called 5 minutes after she was supposed to arrive for here dinner: "I'll be there AFTER I watch the rest of this episode!!! OH my GAWD!! It's good!" That episode always makes me look a little bit closer at all the statuary around me.

Another convert!

"Don't blink. Blink and you're dead. Don't turn your back. Don't look away. And don't blink. Good Luck."

@lavikinga: All last season I could not wait to find out what happened, so I read the wiki on the episodes as they were posted after the BBC broadcast (which was anywhere from 1-3 weeks before we got it). While we were watching I would let slip a tidbit or two and my youngest pulled out my duct tape and threatened me with it.

Silence is golden but duct tape is silver (joke was on him, my duct tape is green but I did keep quiet after that).

@theoneill555: To quote River Song, "Spoilers!" I have a few places where I can track them down soon after their BBC broadcast. Thanks for reminding me I need to start paying attention for the Christmas show date.

In for one. My mom is the world's biggest DW fan. Personally I think it jumped the shark after the first doctor.
