This is a good deal. I think I am going to get 1 of these as a gift. I purchase this 2 years ago at a black friday sale for $7 from best buy. One of the best purchases I ever made.

A $15 dvd is one of the best purchases you ever made? You must live a simple life:P

i've been debating if it's worth getting this for $15 or getting the blu-ray version for $23 from amazon. anyone have any thoughts?

is this even necessary? just because you name it "I am Legend" doesn't make it very legendary.

Does this edition somehow make it a better movie?

Just because it's named I am Legend doesn't make it anywhere near as awesome as the book.

Ben Lyons said this was one of the greatest movies ever made.

I was very disappointed with the movie. I haven't read the book, but I'd pass on the movie any day. The ending ruined what was, up til that point, not a bad film.

@chipmunkofdoom2: While this is a great deal on a box set for people who enjoyed the movie - I have to agree with your analysis on the movie. See, I had read Richard Matherson's novella and it was completely butchered by Hollywood. I walked out of the theater feeling disgusted and cheated. And your right about the ending being the cherry on top. The story is much better told with ink and paper I assure that.

Hey, not every movie can be Big Momma's House or Beverly Hills Chihuahua!

Love this title...on any format.

@spyder69696969: Beverly Hills Chihuahua or Beverly Hills Chihuahua 2? It's a toss up...

@chrisosgoodg: Sorry. I didn't realize that this was the dvd version. I bought the Bluray version of this box set for $7

was not that good of a movie. not enough to own it on dvd. pretty much pointless story that leads to a cornball ending. will smith being the whitest black guy you'll ever find.

will put it this way its better than Hancock but not by much
