I bought a set of these a few years ago. I'm not a fan, and here's why:

- Opaque containers (like these) don't allow you to see the container's contents from the sides. Plus, the lid is mostly opaque, as well, so the same issue from the top of the container when covered.
- The lids are made of a flimsy, soft plastic. They're supposedly not dishwasher safe (although I have put the ones from my set in the dishwasher and experienced no change in their structure).

Overall, I prefer my lock-and-lock containers to these covered bowls.
