Books on paper? You fools waging war on trees in this digital era!

@davidschronic: I would prefer people wage war on eco-Nazi's.

These bundles are notorious for having quality and editing issues. I'd stay away.

@dslocum: +100!

Ditto for those who feel they have the right to push their beliefs on others.

Amazon Prime has this for $21.03. I bought it for about this price a year ago and had no issues with the quality of this product. Not to mention, it's a GREAT series, IMO.

@dareisaybeans: Um, read the reviews if you have any doubts! You sound like you work for this company.

vote-for10vote-against

@samjung23: I don't need to read the reviews, I was merely giving MY review. :)

vote-for8vote-against

@samjung23 if @dareisaybeans worked for "this company" (Hudson Booksellers) why would she or he mention it was available at Amazon? O_o

Currently reading Book 2: A Clash of Kings, and it's been great so far.

Personally I am going to wait for Martin to finish the series before buying the box set. But, I wanted to add that the 4-book set is all paperback (it doesn't say so on the page).

yes @davidschronic, how dare you share your opinion in a comments section! Wait...

Am I just being nitpicky when I point out the series is called A Song of Ice and Fire and not Game of Thrones?

Don't bother reading book 5 until book 6 comes out. By far the worst book and so many cliffhangers you'd think George R.R. Martin was a professional mountain climber.

Not a single smidgen of a chance that this series is ever completed. It was bad enough someone had to write the last two books of the Wheel of Time series ... how many books do you think will need to be written in this series when George takes the Stairway to Heaven?

I'll pass.

@thesimon6: There's only two books left according to him and he's only in his early 60's.

Definitely a lot of shills on Woot trying to sell crap that no one wants. Downvote me all you want, but read the reviews on Amazon! Idiots.

vote-for1vote-against

@thesimon6 Actually, I'm far more willing to read the Wheel of Time series knowing that Brandon Sanderson finished it. He is a great author, and I've heard that the series was starting to get bogged down in the later books. Having him write the last two seems to have helped the series rather than hurt it.
