This a good deal BUT I just bought one of these (the exact same one) and I was pretty disappointed once I popped in the first blu-ray (planet earth. "Caves" episode no less.) And the amount of static that the cable was emitting (visible during the dark scenes) was almost unbearable. Almost. I did finish watching but I have since bought http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005GGTTZ0/ref=oh_o00_s00_i00_details

..which is braided. Hopefully that will help the problems I had.

NOTE: I do have a lot of electronic equipment running near my tv and thus my eforcity cable. So you may not have this problem if you simply have a tv and say an xbox. Also, this whole thing of buying first the eforcity then ordering the cheetah has happened within the last week and a half.

I've never had a problem with any of the eForcity cables (including a LOT of HDMI) that I've bought from Amazon.
