dealsmini type wireless bluetooth usb adapter…

Very cool. It looks like one of those slimline dongles you'd just leave plugged into your laptop. According to the reviews, it comes without any kind of driver CD (or any packaging to speak of, if I read correctly), but is supported natively in both Vista and Win 7, so no need for even a driver download. Didn't see if it works in OSX...

I'm in for 3... hard to beat.

I ordered two of these last time they were on sale. Both of them work just fine, I gave one to my mom and the other to my girlfriend along with bluetooth mice. It really is a great price. I would assume that the build quality isn't exceptional, so it would be wise not to drop, throw, or attempt the consumption of one of these little guys.

I bought two of these from Meritline with the Razer mice Woot had awhile ago. They work inconsistently for me. I then splurged for a couple of larger $6 ones on Meritline (seen them for $4 since) and those work fine.

I picked up five of these from ebay for about 50 cents each about 3 weeks ago and they work just fine.

I'm in for 1, not much to lose

bought 1 last time it was listed here DOA

Is it just me, or is the price now at $5?

In my experience with cheap Chinese bluetooth dongles, the main two things you should at least be aware of is they usually don't have the range they're advertised for, and sometimes on these cheap little ones they're cranked out as exact copies.. meaning they can have even the same bluetooth ID. Which is fine in most cases EXCEPT if you want to use them to talk to each other, to pair two computers together.. In that scenario it leads to a conflict that is pretty much impassible. But aside from that, I have little dongles like this on most of my desktops and they generally work well for most things.

Wow. Brain/eyes not working at 100% right now... Thanks.

FYI, these have been sold for less than $1.00 on MeritLine before.

I got these a few weeks ago they work fine and fast... range isn't bluetooth worthy though. For anything around your desk it will work.

Coupon is for $3.02 off... so if you want 2, the total price is $6.96...
Also, Coupon will not work on the multipacks on the page.

Picked up a couple last time they were here. Seem to be working fine with no hitches. They also work natively for those of us still on XP.

FYI, I ordered this 2 months ago. It showed up 2 weeks ago, and by 'it showed up' I mean the packaging showed up... looking like it was run over by an 18 wheeler. Honestly I wouldnt bother.

Appears to be the same as this one at Amazon for $0.37: http://tinyurl.com/2439vuj

Couldnt get 1.95 price. Best deal was 3 for 11.00 WITH code.

Not a deal.

vote-for1vote-against

you only get the 1st one for $2, if you order more than one its the reg price of $5.

Bought one for my Hackintosh, didn't work for me with 10.5.8. The system sees it as a usb attachment, but doesn't do anything with it.

I ordered one of these last time they were on here and it took like 3 weeks or more to get it. I have 3 different Windows 7 systems in the house and it wouldnt work on any of them. One machine it'll recognize when you insert and it says its installed but it wouldnt do anything for me. The other 2 systems wouldnt even pick it up. Got errors and said could not be installed. Maybe I just got a bad one. Who knows.

For the people that say it installs and doesn't work, check your taskbar in bottom right and the should be a bluetooth icon in there. I didn't think it worked either but after messing with it i found the icon and worked fine

@manticorex: Confirmed - it's a better deal, as the discount applies to every dongle, not just the first one :)

I got a couple of these, they work okay. One has had it's casing come apart, nothing a little glue didn't fix. For the price I'm not too surprised.

Works fine Linux too, btw.

vote-for0vote-against

Bought two. Didn't work. Both would stop being recognized after a few seconds and one wouldn't even find any bluetooth devices.

Have one of these on my W7 machine. Plugged in, instantly recognized, worked right away without any problems at all.

Does it come with the quarter? If so, do I get to pick which state commemorative quarter I prefer, or would it just be a random quarter?

I bought 2 of these and they work great. Forgot to put in the coupon code and then emailed the seller. They happily accepted the discount anyway. Great seller, great little bluetooth usb thingie.
