The last harmony remote I purchased from Bedeals was VERY defective -- it was missing the USB charging port (just had a hole in the front). They honored a refund, but I had to pay return shipping. The second item I ordered from bedeals simply never came after multiple promises it was on its way. I eventually cancelled after 30 days -- they're reply: We oversold the item, sorry.

My advice is to simply stay away from this site.
