I'm not going to trust a website that says their batteries last 'FOREVER'

@ptswenson: They aren't selling batteries, so I didn't read it that way. It just seems to me that they are indulging in a bit of hyperbole in describing the energy efficiency of LED lights.

Just got this info from the site:

"The packaging states that it uses 3 AAA batteries. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions or concerns. Have a great day!"

I have this. It'll stay attached for three weeks, then fall onto whatever is underneath it.

@mjonczak: I have that problem with just about everything that uses some kind of double stick tape. I blame the relentless humidity in South Louisiana.

How are the lights? Pretty bright? I am looking for something like this to put in some dark closets. I will probably attach them with something more secure, but I am hoping that the lights are bright enough to inspire me to do some closet cleaning!

@belyndag: no problem with the brightness of the LED, they give off excellent illumination. I just have the find another way to attach it. The bar is still laying in the basket where it originally fell.

@mjonczak: Thanks for the info. I really need to start going back to old deals and posting feedback after I receive the item(s). It's very helpful to hear from someone who actually bought something.

@mjonczak: I never trust the cheap adhesive tapes that usually come with these kinds of products. I always scrap it off and use some 3M bonding tape instead.
