Wonder how long it takes to get it?
If you don't have a junk email account by now then you don't know how to play internets.
In for one. I have 2 young children and they are always getting hurt. So what if they send me an email newsletter. I already delete a dozen a day whats one more?
Awesome deal. Who cares about a newsletter. Phone number isn't mandatory.
in for one!!
Everyone likes free stuff!
I already get enough junk for no reason, might as well get something for it!
Neat. Thanks!
thanks, I've been in need for one of these for a little while now.
maybe this will show up before we run out of our current band-aids
I ordered mine today, Thanks.
Sunny here in Baxley, Georgia
I got one ! Thanks! - You can't have too many band-aids, It's Fall time!
I can always use an extra kit for the car. In for 1.
Nice deal, thanks!
I signed up for this yesterday. I wish they would be a little more specific as to what this first-aid kit includes, but I suppose any first-aid-kit-thing would be a good thing to have for free.
I could always use this with three kids. Signed up for one.
I wish it came with a good looking doctor to give the first aid.
@rufrog: Haha Baxley, GA. Are you one of the 3 that live there? My grandparents are from there.
Got one!
@rufrog: Benton Lee's was one of the best steak places on the east coast.
At the bottom of the form they ask for a "promo code"....where did you find it? I do not see it anywhere! Would love to send for one of these!
@realwrite: From the destructions listed above "PROMO CODE IS: KIT"
Got one! Thanks for posting this; first aid kits are ALWAYS useful. And free is ALWAYS nice.
Just for the heck of it I tried "GOOD SAMARITAN" and it went through!~~~ Hope they send me one!!!!
THANKS!
Apparently it's trying to tell me that the email address i've entered is invalid...? That's funny, cause I don't know my own email addresses or anything.
@eojoob: you are SO right!! ;-D
It didn't redirect me to anything about a first aid kit and I am not seeing anything on the site at all about it. Deal dead?
http://www.goodsamdayton.org/gshfulfillment.aspx?id=45810
There is the direct link to the first aid kit
Just did it. Worked fine for me...no shipping, no underlying cost. You just have to watch your email for their updates, and if you don't want them, unsubscribe.
This is by far the easiest order I've ever done.
And the fact that it's a Magnet hospital makes the deal even better :)
As an entry, does this mean that not everyone gets one?
Thanks ... gotta love FREE!
Great free offer. If you don't already have one of these in your home, get one. If you do, get one for someone who doesn't.
Have a nice one at home but this will be great for the office!
Thanks!
Hope it has morphine in it. That would be kewl.
Thanks!!
Thats odd. I live in Dayton and I had to find out about this through Woot?
Took only a minute to fill out form - and I'll be happy to check out the newsletter. This is a good WOOT deal - thanks!
This is cool. I'll probably bring it to work where I'm always getting cut and they don't keep the first aid kit there properly stocked.
junk email account = my name in the hat to get one ... we'll see how long it takes to get it ~ if it ever comes. :P
ROFLMAO ~ just checked my email account & I already had a confirmation email from the Hospital ~ Yahoo sent it right to my spam box!! right where it should be ... LOL
this is a cool thing for them to do, i took one
My guess is the completed form is just an "entry" (their words) to 'win' one of the coveted first aid kits....great marketing ploy....maybe I'll be lucky??? ;o)
Who cares about the newsletter they'll send you. You can very likely unsubscribe from the newsletter after you receive your kit. :D
thanks! i signed up for one!
Offer ended.
Expired.
