In this one George is on the hunt for a creature the Native American up in Western Canada call the Naitaka. Second, or perhaps first cousin to Nessie of Loch Ness fame, these creatures are what whales descended from. They've lived in the deep, coming up for air only in very remote places, unseen by man for generations. Occasionally somebody gets a grainy photo, but that's about it.

Then Kodiak teams up with famed marine biologist Rocky Labanowski and his beautiful Erika to try and prove the existence of these elusive, beautiful and dangerous creatures. However, there is another afoot name of Jules Dover, who not only wants to prove Naitaka is real, but he also wants to capture one and take it back to a museum in California, so that it can bring in tourist dollars.
