The latest Nexus, unlocked to use on T-Mobile or AT&T, this is a very good deal. Even though this price is the regular retail price, you'd be hard-pressed to find another phone with these specs for that (relatively) cheap. Bad news, Nexus4 sold out in 25 minutes, so have to wait now.

It may appear that they are sold out, but they are just having problems. I just bought one about 15 minutes ago, over two hours after it appeared they were all sold out.

Great price especially off contract. They are officially sold out now, but like lister22, I was able to order both a 16gb and 8gb a couple hours after they appeared to be sold out. It took a couple hours of refreshing the page and trying to add to cart with and nothing happening to finally get it done, but I did get one and my card has been charged.

Also, LTE, is good yes, but the technology is new and is a battery hog. I don't think Google will ever make a Verizon CDMA phone ever again after the debacle with the Verizon Galaxy Nexus. They didn't sell well and Verizon had to put their bloat on there and it became unsupported in AOSP. Nexus devices are supposed to be the "true Google experience" with no carrier bloat and updated to the latest version of Android as soon as it's released.
