I love the clock; hate the price.. pass

The video on the website is a great example of what not to do in Powerpoint.

Was the clock made in MSpaint? It bugs me that the SNES Mario has a cyan eye.

This is the worst clock I've ever seen. I bet it is some guy ripping off these stock Mario images to make a quick buck. Don't they have the Mario from Super Mario Bros 2 after the one from #3? And what is the third one on the top? I don't remember that one at all.... This thing has to be some sort of copyright infringement.

it also bugs me that the oldest mario should be directly on top, to the right of the newest one. That would at least line up with the clock timescale.

Check out Fire Mario in the top right. Fire-crotch?

I wonder how many these people will sell before getting a C&D from Nintendo?

Horrible clock, why anyone would consider buying this for even a moment is beyond me.

Oh and by the way that isn't a Powerpoint project. it looks like a windows moviemaker vid.

Oh, what the crap!? This is awful. I was excited at first. Then I saw the comments. Then I saw the clock itself and all the negative comments don't do the suckocity of this clock justice. Why are SMB#2 and SMB#3 switched!? Theres Donkey Kong Mario, SMB#1 Mario, and OMG WTF IS THAT THE CLOVERFIELD MONSTER!? SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT RUN!

After looking around the site, it appears it's a stock clock that printed images are inserted into. Not worth the money for something I could do myself at half the cost.

Yes.. I just saw their Dr. Pepper clock.. My G/F is one of the lead Chemists for Dr. Pepper Snapple.. she's gonna report it...

Looks like the guy who posted this also owns the site. Tons of copyright infringement going on here! I'd take this site down ASAP if I were you buddy!

The third one on the top is from Mario Bros.

Everyone else has covered the bases as far as complaints I was gonna make, so I'll just say that I'm irked that the images don't line up with the clock numerals.. I wanna be able to say 'What time is it? It's half past Mario 3'...

@robinbobcat: Like a previous poster said, it's a stock clock with pics inserted. Buy the stock clock, and make your own. I'm tempted to do that with Link!

Ditto...Everyone! I was so excited at first too... :(

@firevine: Actually, the Mario you know from SMB2 is not Japan's SMB2 Mario. Our version of SMB2 was released after Japan's version of SMB3, and wasn't released in Japan until a few years later. So, technically, the clock is in proper chronological order.

(Our version of SMB2 was actually a re-skin of a popular game called Doki Doki Panic, which Nintendo eventually bought the rights to, so it could incorporate the characters into official SMB canon. The More You Know!)

This clock has been around for a while. I first saw it at least 2 years ago, and like all of you was stoked until I actually looked at the quality of the images. Upon realization that it was just some home print jobs from MSPaint I died a little inside.

Thank you for sharing this! I can't think of anything better to fill a photo collage clock can you? I guess Video gamers think alike! http://candlermercantile.com
