Note that it's a refurb, and probably the second generation model. I own the first generation model, and while it is indeed a great camera, the zoom has left alot to be desired. I was hoping they'd improve the zoom, which hasn't happened, and is surprising since they're now on the third generation models. Check out YouTube for demo videos, and don't forget to check out Creative's forums. Many users have complaints, moreso than you might expect. I haven't had any issues until recently, but everything was fixable. And be wary of firmware updates and/or application updates.
