This game has always been free. But at the same time, it's constantly begging you to spend real money on weapons/armor/etc.

As for gameplay, it was cool at first. Then became extremely repetitive. Loading screens are annoying and the menus are sluggish. The daily bonus is a lie, you never get any of the weapons it brags about. And it also puts various alerts up in your notifications bar (very intrusive IMO).

Everyone is entitled to their opinion. My opinion, download it to waste whatever time you're trying to waste. Then uninstall it when you're done.

@firebirdude: This is true. If you want to get past more than the easy first missions, you have to buy GLU "credits" with real money, then buy body armor and the effective weapons. However, if you don't mind plunking down $20 (that can get a bunch of credits when they're on sale), you can get many hours of satisfying fun.
