The Double Mag and Super Mag targets are popular, two-disc spinning targets for the “big bore” pistol shooters. Use the Double Mag for its challenging 3" circle and easier 4 1/4" circle. Use the Super Mag as an answer for an easier-to-hit target or from long range – its circles are 50% larger. Both targets use 3/8" thick steel.

Each target is a solid 3/16" thick (3/8" on the magnums) hung from a durable, welded steel frame to provide years of trouble-free practice. All targets include high visibility Target Spots® Targets. Portable and easy-to-use spinning targets mean no more knocked down targets to set-up. A foot rest makes it easy to push targets into the hardest ground.

The Magnum Spinners are designed for centerfire handgun cartridges up to .44 magnum using only softnosed bullets. Minimum target distance for shooters and spectators is 25 yards. Do not use centerfire rifles, .22 rimfire, blackpowder or pellet/BB guns on these targets.

Not everyone can have a backyard range like Hickok45. But, now you can step up your plinking game with these spinning targets. (Tennessee Titans t-shirt, southern drawl, and Glock cap not included)

No centerfire rifle or .22 rimfire?

- Can someone clarify why no .22 rimfire? Those things might not even move this target.

- Also, no centerfire rifles? Is this a safety thing or a "just because you'll put a hole in it" type of thing? Is there a huge difference in muzzle velocity from rifle to handgun?

@britt726: I am guessing that the prohibited ammo will either ricochet or puncture the target. Either way, not a good thing. They do specify 'softnosed' bullets on the website.

My backyard range is national forest, so no need for this, but a good deal nonetheless.

@britt726: We believe that what zippy the pinhead said is correct; the .22 probably has a chance of ricochet because it will not spin the target and the higher powered rifles would damage the target (rifle rounds travel at a much higher velocity).
