Doesn't include shipping. The lowest deal is actually the one for $11.75... although they say they won't get it in stock until the 30th. In any case, you're dealing with Amazon sellers, meaning single units, meaning that only a few people can partake in this particular "deal."

Also, this is only for the PS3 version of the game. The 360 version will actually be a bit cheaper, as Warehouse Deals (Amazon's official used game seller) has a copy for $10. (Everything I've ever gotten from Warehouse Deals has been in like-new condition. I fully recommend them.)

But for what it's worth, Assassin's Creed is a very good game. Very good blend of Middle Age fighting and modern psuedo-science. And the second game is an improvement in almost every way.
