Here I was all excited that it was the Woody Allen movie for $1.29, but it's only the dopey song.

I wish I could downvote this more than once. What kind of idiot thinks that a song for $1.29 is a deal?

vote-for1vote-against

Not really seeing the deal here; I mean, yes it is a good song, but I'm pretty sure the price of it was always a buck 29.

I don't think the point of this deal was the deal. To me it is that Woot used to be cool until the suits at Amazon got hold of it. It semi-sucks now, mostly compared to what it used to be.

Where are the RBOCs?

$1.29? Maybe for the whole album.

@dfranek: Word. The deals seem to really stagnate anymore. Used to be every day was all new postings. :'(

There is no defense for this, and the deals section shouldn't be there for somebody's personal agenda. Looks like someone got drunk and posted a link to their 'most bitchin' song ever!'

I don't know about the rest of you, but I am really getting a kick out of the negative responses from people who don't have a clue what this "deal" represents.

Follow the links, and you'll see this is a very appropriate thing to get listed at list price.

@rayray8822: Then it shouldn't be posted on a DEALS web page.

@fireproof86: It's a tribute to former Woot staff by Woot users. Get over it.
