shipping probably works a little better if you order more than 1lb.
For Lexington KY
1lb ~ $10
2lbs ~ $12
3lbs ~ $16

I'm upvoting this mostly because the website, instead of telling me my cart is empty, says "Your Candy Bag is empty :("

vote-for3vote-against

Shipping is $10.53 to Florida so this is not a good deal for me.

vote-for13vote-against

You can get 50lb for $68.54 thats not to bad.

vote-for18vote-against

9 out of 10 dentists want you to order lots of this.

vote-for17vote-against

What kind of miscreant down-votes gummy worms?

vote-for0vote-against

anyone bought yet? very tempted for 20lbs for $20

vote-for4vote-against

Bought the 5-pounder for $10. Shipping to Portland, OR. Hope it's good-quality candy.

vote-for3vote-against

In for 40 pounds. Cost $36 total to ship to Nashville. But 45 pounds cost 10$ more and 50 pounds cost 25$ more because of the shipping fees.

vote-for7vote-against

I love candy as much as the next guy, but shipping really kills this. You can find better deals on Prime. Pass.

For example 9 Lbs for $13.62 Free 2 day shipping via Prime: http://www.amazon.com/Albanese-Sour-2-Inch-Worms-4-5-Pound/dp/B001EQ4KM8/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1312257358&sr=8-8

Allll aboard the diabetes train.... Chugga-chugga-chugga-wooo-wooooooo

in for 5!

vote-for4vote-against

can someone tell me what the nutrition facts are for this? and no, i do not count "bad for you" as a nutrition fact. "not as good for you as other things" is more acceptable

vote-for6vote-against

My first post about shipping is wrong.
Each unit is 5lbs - so my first post should be x5 lbs
Its definitely worth it to go for the 20+

5lbs is $10.53
10lbs is $12.64
15lbs is $16.11
20lbs is $19.93
25lbs is $23.43

The shipping may be different where you are though.

vote-for4vote-against

why does it give me nothing but cookie errors :(

vote-for2vote-against

@officerpoultry: Well the only macro nutrient to be found in gummy worms in any measurable amount would be carbohydrates. These things are almost pure sugar so it's probably .9 g carbohydrates for 1g gummy worm.

vote-for6vote-against

Heh. 'Macro nutrient'. I can't get over the new words that health nuts come up with to make themselves feel better. Though I really doubt that any GIANT nutrients exist in these. Though it's amusing to think of an inch-long single carbohydrate chain. But where would you get the macro atoms to build it?

Yup, sugar, sugar and more sugar! Oh, and protein. Don't forget what makes the gummi chewy... gelatin! Meaty and delicious animal byproduct and all of that.
Unless they're the crappy 'vegetarian' gummis just made with starch or pectin (ie: the mushy ones nobody ACTUALLY likes).

vote-for4vote-against

15 pounds for 12.04$ can't complain. shoulda bought more but you cant edit your cart to add more

vote-for3vote-against

@specter09: That's only if you subscribe for ongoing shipments (which, granted, you can cancel if you remember). And at least to my zip code 10 lbs is still cheaper per pound from bulkecandy.com ($14.64 shipped, compared to $13.62 for 9 lbs on amazon).

vote-for6vote-against

Must... resist... urge... to... buy... 25... pounds... of... gummy... worms...

vote-for3vote-against

Criminy! I just bought 15 pounds of worms! They're all for, um, kids. Yeah, that's it! Kids!

vote-for3vote-against

@vbc2guard: Yes, you can edit your cart. I put in "2" at first, then clicked on "add to cart" to add another 5 lbs for a big party later this month. No problem with the addition.

vote-for4vote-against

@pinkanese: Duuude! A candy site giving cookie errors? That's just wrong!

:)

I didn't get any errors, so you should try again, or check your system.

vote-for3vote-against

20lbs for $21.52 shipped

vote-for3vote-against

I do love gummi worms, but these seem almost suspiciously inexpensive. Are they close to their expiration date or something? Does gummi candy even have an expiration date?

vote-for3vote-against

Just got 20 pounds for $15.07 shipped. I love living in California

vote-for3vote-against

@bacalum: i meant once i placed the order, you cant go back in and change your order

@talesin: "Heh. 'Macro nutrient'. I can't get over the new words that health nuts come up with to make themselves feel better. Though I really doubt that any GIANT nutrients exist in these."

what an idiot is all I have to say

I'd bet money this guy is 55+ and lives in the south lol

vote-for2vote-against

not so sure about it being dead. just successfully ordered 5x (25lbs) for $19.27 shipped

vote-for1vote-against

It just worked for me, so maybe it will work for others as well.

vote-for3vote-against

Deal is very much ALIVE! Bought $5 x 5lbs = 25lbs + $10.35 UPS Ground shipping Grand total of $15.35 + MAJOR Cavities =) Yay...

vote-for2vote-against

If it was free shipping, then it would be a great deal

vote-for2vote-against

Just ordered 3 packs = 15 lbs for $21.71 shipped. That's just $1.45/lb. Oh, and that included the 2 ice packs I threw in to reduce heat risk.
This will give me smuggling candy for the movies for the year. Compared to movie concession prices, well worth it!

vote-for3vote-against

$15.35 for 25 lbs.

Sub-Total: $5.00
United Parcel Service (1 pkg x 25.00 lbs total) (UPS Ground, ETA: August 03,

Why is the image of gummi bears?

vote-for2vote-against

@derkel: How the hell did you get 20 lbs for $15.07 when it's $1 per lb? Unless I've been failing math this whole time and teachers never had the heart to call me out on my retardation.

vote-for1vote-against

@myspaceisacult: Maybe they do a bulk discount, like the more you buy the less it is?

vote-for1vote-against

@riffydivine: The gummi worm image wasn't available when I posted the deal. I indicated that in the description.

vote-for1vote-against

@myspaceisacult: They're sold in five-pound increments, hence the title, "Neon Sour Gummi Worms 5LB for $1.00"

vote-for1vote-against

@myspaceisacult: I believe it's $1 per 5LBs, so if he's located somewhere he can get really good shipping rates I think that's possible.

nvm, didn't realize there was a second page.

@talesin: 'Macro nutrient' isn't a health nut word, it's a pretty basic biology word and it's been around for a while. It refers to protein, carbohydrates, and fats. The word macro refers to the quantity that needs to be consumed as opposed to micro nutrients (minerals and such) that need to be consumed in small quantities. The only carbohydrate in here is going to be sucrose which is a disaccharide so it will have a double ring structure not a chain. I'm not trying to be a douche, I'm a med school student and this stuff really bugs me haha.

You're right though, I assumed the amount of gelatin would be so negligible they'd round down to 0 (like on gummy bears), but there's probably a gram or so per serving since the serving is likely larger.
