Lowes website sucks though...its out of stock locally so I can't even add it to the cart to have the thing shipped to me.

I picked this up two years ago on Black Friday for $10. I'm pretty sure it was $10 but, it may have been $15??? Just as a frame of reference.

Yes, the web site surely sucks. I enter my zip code and it switches to a page with just a title and a picture and nothing else. No other information, no button to buy it. Useless.

I was able to get the item to come up, but i couldn't order it because it wasn't available at my local store. I found another store in my area. when I switched to that store the price jumped to $59.99! hopeless!

I wrote an email and complained to Lowes. They contacted me and told me the site is fulfillment based so it if isn't in a warehouse in North Carolina of your local Lowes (or if they disabled online ordering because of a hot sale item) you'll never get it basically.

But the lady did find this for me at a store and offered to place the order at the $19.97 (plus tax) price if I agreed to pay shipping which was about 12 bucks. So I went ahead and bought it. It ended up costing me about $34 which is a far cry from $20 but still quite a bit less than the $55-$60 is is everywhere else.

It was nice to see Lowes Customer service actually taking the time to respond and offer a solution, but I still wont likely ever buy anything else from their web site again.

But when your votes lean so heavily toward the dark side, we have to wonder. Go vote up a few things. Accentuate the positive for a little while. It'll do you some good, and it'll do the site some good, too. Then you can get back to dealing out the smackdowns, OK?
