They might be cheaper, but wouldn't a blade that lasts 6 months (like the Schick Quattro) end up saving money in the long run? Plus you can get them for fairly cheap online: http://www.razorbladereview.com/schick-quattro/

You all wiped my stock out so I have expired to deal. I didn't expect to move that many blades in month, let a lone a single day.

Nearly every order has already shipped out (I have two left that will ship Friday morning)

Thanks for all the orders, and feel free to ask any questions here or by email.

@portezbie: Are you blind or just illiterate?

I'm interested but your site kinda sucks. Why is the only picture a tiny thumbnail that I can't even see?

Are these blades for a DE safety razor? I can't even tell from your descriptions.

I can always use more blades but....

@coldtwelve: Yes. I used to be the owner of a goatee and had no problems maintaining it with a safety razor.

@coldtwelve: Absolutely.
But I'd recommend getting a RazoRock safety razor to start with. They're cheaper and made of brass rather than pot metal, so theoretically they're more durable.
That and you're not out $40 for a razor alone if you decide it's not for you.

Anyone else interested in traditional wet shaving can check out Badger & Blade, too. It's a wet shaving forum with loads of good info.

@shavelikeaman: last question.. sorry

I usually keep a goatee, sometimes full clean lined up beard. You still recommend something like this for me?

vote-for2vote-against

@coldtwelve: Merkur and Parker are two good razors I often recommend. You can typically pick up a new one of either brand for somewhere south of $30. I like both and use both. I use a Merkur to shave my head and a Parker for my beard.

@shavelikeaman: What Razor/Handle do you recommend?

vote-for2vote-against

They gotta be better than those King Of Shaves razors... right?

If you want to shave like a man, don't shave at all.

If anyone tried to place an order and got an out of stock message, that has been corrected. I entered the wrong amount in my inventory tracker so it was giving incorrect out of stock messages.

How about the other ones, then, if these don't stand up for very long?

vote-for2vote-against

really interested in Safety Razors. Just so lost on the subject.

vote-for2vote-against

I wish you lots of luck with your business. Safety razors are the way to go... I switched to safety razors a few years ago and have looked back since.

@coldtwelve: Right now I have brushes and blades.

I'm working with a distributor and am going to start stocking Parker razors. I should have more info on that soon.

do you sell a full kit (Not just the razors)?

vote-for20vote-against

Wait a minute. Wouldn't shaving like a man involve dull, painful razors rather than the world's sharpest ones? This is like saying "Bathe like a MAN!" and then selling aromatic, moisturizing bubble baths made of naturally gentle, tear-free ingredients.
