Where do you put in the coupon code??

vote-for1vote-against

I've gone all the way to the 'charge $X to your account' stage and, while there's a gift certificate blank (that does not accept 'woot' as a valid number), I've found nowhere to enter a coupon code.

When you link from deals.woot it automatically has the coupon code. Just go through the full purchase and shipping will be free.

@rstraz is right - automatically applied after clicking through on "I want one".

vote-for1vote-against

Huh. Weird. It did not apply for me. Still trying to charge me $14.99 shipping. Tried twice. Ah well. Was a nice idea. But I'll skip it.

@zadams1: Ah, ok. Pretty good deal then. I think my proflowers order was going to be $70+ for a dozen roses. Tried pajamagrams too, $100+ for a pair of f pajamas delivered...

Has anyone found a good review of the site?

Did get charged the $4.99 vday fee but thats ok

Valentine's Day Flower Arrangement - Florist Designed $49.99
Same Day/Weekend Fee $4.99
Item Total $54.98
Delivery Date:

@commodog: You shouldn't have the "Same Day/Weekend fee" unless you're getting it delivered today or this weekend by accident, right? Thursday 2/14/13 is Valentine's day, not same day or a weekend... I didn't have that fee. Did have to pay for a vase though. Don't want her flowers laying on a desk all day, that's no fun.

@dandeman321: i called, it came with a vase because i chose the local florist designed flowers.

It looks like some of the products automatically include a vase and others require it to be added. It says under the product image:

Includes:
• Pink Asiatic Lilies
• Pink & Red Roses
• Alstroemeria
• FREE Personalized Gift Message
• Delivery Today Available
• Glass Vase

I see how this goes. There's no delivery charge per se, but there's a hefty "extra fee" for delivering anywhere near Valentine's Day. Nice try.

I got an order of white Asiatic lilies, yellow roses, blue delphinium, and purple Monte casinos for my fiance.
We're getting married in October, with the colors blue and purple. My fiance is clueless on the flowers/arrangements she wants to use, so I'm hoping this will give her a little idea!

I tried ordering thru link...still tried to charge $14.99 delivery fee. No thanks

vote-for2vote-against

I dunno, I was charged for the dozen roses and NOTHING else. Perhaps it depends on what you get, or where they are going.

I will never use this company again, and here is why.

Earlier today, at 2:25 Eastern, I placed an order for a dozen roses, with chocolates and a bear, to be delivered on V-Day to my wife's workplace. At about 6:15, my wife text'd me (I was at the firehouse at the time) and told me she is working tomorrow instead of Thursday. I immediately called fromyouflowers' 800 number to change the delivery address.

I was told, I can't. Something about this product being drop shipped, and orders are final at 3:30PM. I was told they could do nothing. Only that when they aren't delivered on Thursday, I can call and try to get a refund. So, my wife will have flowers delivered to somewhere that she isn't.

I have never, ever, had this sort of issue with FTD or 1800Flowers. I have called both, on shorter notice, and had addresses and items changed. Because, stuff happens. And, not only do I think it's BS that I can't change the address on an order I made a few hours earlier for 2 days from now, but they offered NOTHING to make me happy. They made no attempt to help me out in any way.

I will call their 800 number one more time, maybe I'd get someone more helpful. But, I don't plan to use this company again. Ever.

Called again. Was told the same thing. Spoke to "James" the supervisor (he said "I'm the last step" so he may be the owner?) and he would do nothing to help me. Nothing. Horrible customer service, and not only have the lost me as a customer, I'll be telling EVERYONE my experience.

Bad move, James, bad move.

UPDATE: After multiple emails with their CS, someone who matters actually took notice. I was contacted by someone who said he was going to make it "right". We spoke on the phone, and he was empathetic. If it works out, I'd may do the right thing and give them a second chance.... one day. Maybe.
