Keen is a great company. I had a pair of Keen Oslo shoes that wore out at the heel. I took a picture and emailed it to them asking about repairs. The reply I got was a $130 gift certificate to their online store. So, yeah. These people stand by their products. The boots I bought with the certificate are nothing short of astounding in build quality(they aren't dog chew proof though lol).
