@noridetoolow: I just happen to be lucky enough to be near a couple Sears outlets, but I have almost everything in this set already. But the deal did remind me to look for a couple other items. Thank I need to take a trip down to my local Sears Outlet. The bargain hunt is more fun in person, anyway.

Deal is NOT DEAD, this link works;

http://www.searsoutlet.com/d/products.jsp?md=srh_md&stxt=craftsman+65+pc+mechanics+tool+set+w%2Fcase+

BUT....its ONLY available at select Sears Outlet stores, no shipping. So if you live close enough, there are actually 3-4 great deals like this one but you have to be able to go pick it up. Closest to me is 300 miles....not gonna happen ;)

OK, in one place it says 1/2 and 3/8ths. In another place it says 1/4 and 3/8ths.

I've got plenty of 1/4 inch stuff, but need 1/2 inch stuff. And, for this price, the the 3/8ths stuff is just gravy. Working on cars, you need 1/2 and 3/8ths sockets and ratchets. Not much 1/4ths stuff though

Is this REALLY 1/2, or 1/4th stuff?
