So I haven't read the book, but from the topic, I want to ask (after laughing at many of the funny comments) is there a point worth thinking about here? I am careful with caring heavy objects, because I know there is a consequence of pain if they fall on my feet (that 'ol law of gravity thing). I cut watermelon slices for my 3 year old daughter, because I am know the harm she could do if she did it herself (like she wants).
Has birth contol removed too many of the natural consequences that used to be connected to breaking the law of chastity? It's easy for me to ask, my wife and I had severe trouble with making babies (she has polycystic ovarian syndrome) and we didn't use birthcontrol. I shouldnt say it's "easy" for me to ask, because trying for years to receive children of our own wasn't "easy" (shots, meds, heartaches, etc, all NOT easy).
Anyhow, just wondering, how many are taking sex too lightly because it's so easy to have sex without thinnking about pregnancy?
