On it's way but I did not notice, was the it the handle and blade or blade only?

vote-for6vote-against

@unclefrog: Doh, I might have a handle at home somewhere...maybe in the junk drawer!

As a designer who uses xacto blades everyday, I'm happy to see that they've come out with a better blade. Cant wait to test these babies out.

I'm always changing knives so one that last's longer would be fantastic

I do a lot of paper crafting so I'm really excited to see how this blade performs. Looks mighty awesome though. ;)

Also, thanks for sharing! Appreciate it.

FYI - You can't use the yourname+filtername@gmail.com trick so you can filter anything they send you to straight to the junk folder.

I was having issues submitting the form, submit button simply didn't do anything. Was using Firefox 7 and then finally tried Chrome and still had the same issues. Tried IE (yucky) as a last resort and found out it was giving an error message on my email address as I was using "+z" (my junk/spam designated filter) so I can filter it out in Gmail.

The error message was only displaying in IE and none of the other browsers.

@rgbivens: I just used an address from 10minutemail.com. It's temporarily valid and you can receive mail there in case they send confirmation mail. (It looks like they did not.) Then the address self destructs after 10 minutes.

Awesome deal, thanks!
I just located my old one... rusty chipped blade... now i can use it again.. well maybe in time for opening christmas packages!

@edventure: Thanks! did not know about that site!

vote-for2vote-against

@edventure: I had no idea that existed. Bookmarked for future use!

vote-for3vote-against

Maybe they're giving away the blades to make money on the handles!

@rgbivens: why don't you just create a junkmail address at google?

I picked up a hobby knife kit from Harbor Freight for like $2.99 and #11 baldes get used all of the time. This will make a nice free replacement.

@edventure: wow the real deal here is finding out about 10minutemail - awesome

vote-for1vote-against

@edventure: I have a junk Yahoo account for that, but good tip on 10minutemail. Hadn't heard of it.

So I accidentally pressed enter, and I was in the middle of changing the address. So I tried a second time and got it to work. I hope they still send one to me, since I messed up the first one with a wrong address.

I ordered one but I'm not sure why...
