CNET Marketplace has the Asus X54L-BBK2 15.6-inch laptop for $249.99 shipped for members when using coupon code CNETSALE. Sales tax is added where applicable. It's new, not refurbished.

It's a pretty basic entry-level laptop, but with better than average graphics and an LED-backlit screen.
The laptop features an AMD A4-3305M processor with UMA graphics, which is roughly comparable to Intel's Core i3, 4GB of RAM, a 15.6-inch LED-backlit screen, a 320GB hard drive, a basic multi-format optical drive, a Webcam, Windows 7 Home Premium and a 1 year warranty.

Offer is provided by Best Buy Inc., a CNET Premier partner. Price valid through Oct. 15, 2012 or when items sell out, which should be very quickly.
