hmm P90X, are these any good @bboy723 ?
i need to lose about 500 pounds, would this work?
if you can stick to it, its amazing. My buddy looks awesome. I on the other hand still look like I looked before that never-to-be-repeated hour of pure hell.
@takenforgranite: true true. I own it and used it twice. you have to have pure dedication to stick to the workouts. the diet is even harder since half the stuff they recommend I would never eat hah
nice, thanks for the tips. i'm up to 600 pounds to lose (big lunch).
what does the original deal poster think? bboy?
@w00tgurl: I would have to suggest that anyone who has 500 pounds to lose that they would not be able to complete the required fitness test. There is a test that you should be able to complete before starting this workout. I seriously doubt anyone weighing more than 300 pounds would want to even try something this extreme.
haha I bought an insanity from them and tried the fitness test and it was not easy! the test is pretty intense
@bboy723: do you think someone like me can do it? does it come with recipes? what different languages does it come in?
@w00tgurl: Comes in English (and I think that's all).
It DOES come with recipes for complete meals. I ate a breakfast omelet that they recommend. The meal consists of so many eggs, so many veggies in the omelet, and sides like cottage cheese.
And the workout can be done by anyone that is okay shape going in. If someone REALLY weighs more than 300 pounds then I seriously doubt they could complete the necessary tasks. This is a tough workout and you need to have stamina to keep up.
