@gisha001: Depends on what you do it with it. Class 2 and 4 are the best for making CM7 boot cards for Nook Color. It is hard to make a blanket statement like "not worth it" due to the class.

@dq61: XD cards are different then MicroSD. Completely different shape and size.

looks like a good deal. I can't find a cheaper 32gb class 4 card. This is perfect for my Vizio tablet where I don't need anything faster.
