Time to play... Is it Racist?

vote-for1vote-against

@benyust2: I'm going to go ahead and say no Bob FTW.

vote-for12vote-against

Whoever came up with this probably isn't racist, but I am fairly certain they are going to hell.

Six bucks shipping and the one review present rips the seller for not sending the product.

I'd say stay away. But I did laugh out loud.

vote-for10vote-against

It's only racist if you use it to wash your arse.

vote-for7vote-against

Is the creator of this product racist?

Not sure.

Is the creator of this product concerned with advancing the general hygiene and cleanliness of Americans?

Absolutely.

I approve.

vote-for1vote-against

This is one horrible product. I can't believe someone would create something so mean. Yeah, i'll just wash my rump with my other Ghandi loofa.

I have a dream that one day everyone... regardless of race, regardless of gender, regardless of belief... will have clean and silky smooth skin.

vote-for1vote-against

Where was this deal during Kwanza?

vote-for1vote-against

It is in such bad taste, but no I don't think it is racist. I think the maker is one of those idiots who thinks he is funny. Even though no one ever laughs, he just assumes they don't get funny.

Maybe it was a lost in translation thing. Like some Chinese guy said "Americans will love this, they love MLK!"

Happy MLK day,

He was 32 when he was shot! What have I done with my life.

OMG..LMAO @ benyust2 ...I wonder if Tosh has seen this!!!! Awesome reference.

vote-for2vote-against

anyone notice the "customers who bought this also bought..." items?

vote-for2vote-against

It's not racist at all. Just cause something has a black person on it wouldn't make it racist. It's not even offensive, if anything it's a reminder of how far we have come.

vote-for3vote-against

LMAO.....Its funny, get over it.

vote-for3vote-against

I'll stick with the one designed for body builders: the Loofah Rigno.

UM---MLK "Celebration" in my business included an evening of events including a dinner of Southern, Fried Chicken, BBQ Ribs and Watermelon. This was followed a Spades tournament. NO KIDDING. I am NOT racist, but the Equal Opportunity crowd decided on these things...and I think that this might have been seen as racist? Half my office thought so...guess I'll have to show them the loofa to see what they say.

vote-for1vote-against

@maxdaddy individually wrapped 'gHandi Wipes'

vote-for1vote-against

I got the ones that play music while you use them, the "Loofah Vandross's"

vote-for2vote-against

I enjoy using my Lex Loofah. It turned me bald, but, meh...

vote-for1vote-against

@saintquinn: Lemme axe you a question. Can you make change wearin' these? I be moving rock and it gits cold, hard to pull benjamins when I have the mittens attached to my snorkel coat on.

vote-for1vote-against

...from the makers of the obama wallet. it's just about as funny (i.e. it's not)

vote-for2vote-against

@suludance: It's even funnier! And quite practical for those living in drier climates who don't want to get all ashen looking.

vote-for0vote-against

Wow. A lot of interesting people on this comment board

vote-for1vote-against

It's disrespectful and trivializes a great man, his great work, and his great sacrifice. Not racist per se, but I certainly wouldn't be surprised if the creator and the buyers of this item are racist.

vote-for1vote-against

@squatterbag: Holy Crap! Wolves 'n' (mod edit: profanity)!
