Code doesn't work in south Florida. I got $11 for any large pizza, including specialties.

It's a no go in NY as well. So far Papa John only appreciates his Texas customers? Personally, I prefer a good old mom-and-pop real NYC style pizza to the big chains anyway, but was worth trying for the price

Best available eveidence suggests deal is only for TX, and that CA in codes is for Customer Appreciation.
