@wessoce. I get the same error. In my case I'm trying to get Borderlands and MW2 (X360), and no matter what combination I receive the same message.

I think it may be safe to call this one RIP...I tried getting 2 copies of COD: Modern Warfare 2, i figured I could get most of my money back by selling the second copy... Wah.
I got it to work but it wouldn't work on any games valued over $34.95. Adding the "SAVER" code canceled out the "UBOGO" code. Forget the saver because it offers you a free shipping option anyway.
All orders over $25 qualify for free shipping. It's been hypothesized on another site that GameStop has crappy inventory control, which is why the error is kicking in. I'd walk into your local GameStop on Thursday morning, because there's a strong chance you'll see banners up for it.

seams like it works for some used games, not all. it will work for 2 copies of merc 2 for $17.99 off but for with one copy of gta iv and merc 2

I've experienced similar problems. It'll work for 2 copies of Guitar Hero World Tour but nothing for Fallout 3 or Uncharted.
It wouldn't let me use the code to buy DS games that were $27.99 but I was able to get ones that were $24.99 and under.

played with the deal some. if you get it to work and then remove an item from the cart the deal goes funky and wont read the coupon code. try clearing your cookies and try it again. just make sure they are the 2 games you want before you type the code.

Too bad I am broke and my wife already is going to shoot me for ordering 2 copies of Borderlands yesterday, or I would seriously but about 10 copies of COD2 and re-sell them. With shipping 2 copies comes to 53.49 which could be re sold easily for 90$ on Ebay.
BTW, don't use the shipper saver code, I think that's the problem you are all having. Perhaps it negates the UBOGO code.
And about going into the store, this is only an online special, so that's not going to happen.

Some items fail to work with this code, but the CODE DOES WORK.
Also be careful if you order more than 2 items, the web page doesn't make the most advantageous use of the code for you. It is better to buy items 2 at a time buying the most closely priced items together.(you'll nearly always get free posting option, since that depends on the pre-code price)

this offer isn't supposed to "be" anymore. Gamestop goofed and has pulled the offer. They will still honor the offer. I ordered both games, input the code and my bill was still full price. I called 1(800)-883-8895 and inquired about the UBOGO problem. What they will do is take your order number and recredit your account, this could take between 1 and 7 business days to re-credit.
If you're willing to go through a short call, you'll save upto $50.
I just used the coupon and it worked fine for me. No call needed.
What was interesting is that I could get Dragon Age Origins and Assassins Creed 2 together with the discount, but I couldn't use it for Dragon Age Origins and Left 4 Dead 2. All three of those are the same price.
I was finally able to use the code, by using my iphone... the web site wouldn't let me & clearing the cookies didn't help.
Worked for me. I left the cart screen to look for other games and the discount vanished upon returning to the cart. A simple refresh fixed it right up.
I got the error at first too...went back to my shopping cart again, removed the code, added it back, and it went through fine. Two used Wii games for $43.19 (free slow shipping).
I called and she was a witch on the phone and said no they wont honor it to bad for you.
so I tried to use the code around 5pm EST and it didn't work no matter what. I call Gamestop and the guy I spoke with said they were having problems with the code and that I should place my order and call back in an hour and they would credit the second game. I placed the order and called back about an hour and a half later and spoke to another associate. She informed me that the deal ended at 2pm....I informed her that one of her associates specifically told me it WAS valid and it was after 2pm when he told me that.....She honored the code and I got a free game....Booyah.

The code has been deactivated, but I got $10 out of the deal.
doesn't work on halo 3 and gears of war 2....said coupon was valid, but not valid on those games...sucks. thought i would get away paying $10 a game
deal dead they dont honor the code anymore, but if u call in they will give you $10 to your next purchase if you mention the code, as for me i got $20 because i wanted to file a complaint
I got them to honor this deal on Saturday the 20th. For the record it is not supposed to expire until the 24th. They didn't honor it at first until I emailed them twice.
So yeah... the code is still active, still "Being repaired" according to phone reps, and still "NO FUKKIN' WAI" to online customer service.
I noticed they changed the coupon to state "While supplies last" today, but that doesn't fix the fact that it doesn't work on, uh, ANYTHING. Being that the coupon comes up in your cart and doesn't disappear until the last step of checkout, this is definitely feeling like a bait and switch to me...
@equesardor: yeah they definitely changed the coupon status long before it was supposed to expire. They must have had a huge online rush from this deal to make them pull it that quick.
