Just remember that if you are trying to hook up any model MacBook Pro before 2010 or 2011, this will not handle audio. You will also need a 3.5mm to RCA cable as well is you want to do more than visual.

I will note, that Microcenter has a DVI adapter for $8-10 depending, that is where I get mine. Haven't looked at there display to hdmi adapters. Also they are the same as AMD's mini display port, so I use a couple on my 6870.

This isn't even a good deal. This isn't even Apple brand OR an Apple certified one. I picked up one of these for $0.99 with free shipping on Meritline. They are made of very light cheap plastic. Don't get me wrong, it still works fine, but can't guarantee for how long. Also I got a Henge Dock for my macbook pro and this adapter would not fit with it. Other than that no complaints so far.

But don't take this deal! You can find it MUCH cheaper!!
