amazing game... I rented it and won't buy it until it hits 20. Can't wait for uncharted 3 though!

This game has - in my opinion - one of the best campaign modes on PS3.
I got it the day it came out, and played non-stop for several days, and still regretted having to put it down to get back to school.
Thus, I highly recommend this game... and even if you don't trust my judgment, the "Game of the Year" title should be fairly convincing.

if you click on the link it takes to a page that has the price for 39.99, but if you look down where it offers to buy it used or new they are showing a price for 29.99 if you click on that it will take you to a page of all the retailers selling it for various prices, and amazon is selling it for 29.99.
this might seem like (mod edit: profanity) check your selves!

Why is deal marked dead? Look under "More Buying Choices" and it lists Amazon selling it for $29.99 with free super saver shipping.

Of course this shows up on the popular page the day AFTER the deal.

It now lists $39.99 plus $3.99 shipping from a non-Amazon seller. However, as mentioned above if you click on the "19 New" button it lists Amazon.com as the seller and $29.99 as the price. Odd, considering the main page usually lists the lowest or Amazon price. I assume the Amazon price is not listed because of the shipping time of 2-4 weeks, seems to be currently out of stock.

This game had better be as good as you say it is! I recently purchased a PS3 and Uncharted was the first game I played. Loved it, except aiming and other controls were very loosey goosey.

Walmart has, and has had, this price in store for over two months. I picked it up in store a week ago.

@ccso151: Not sure where you are seeing that. The website lists it at $49.99. They had it at $24.99 about a month or so but it quickly sold out in stores and online.

Just got Fallout: NewVegas and I hate it.
I'm thinking about trading it in... and picking up this Uncharted game.

Unless you guys tell me Uncharted is just like Fallout NV.

Why are people wooting regular priced items. $29.99 is the regular price for this game and has been for awhile now. Maybe it has to do with where you live? Just sayin!!

CONFIRMED: Wal-mart has the game of the year edition of Uncharted 2 for 29.99 IN-STORE. I just went and picked it up. The website has it listed at $50. Call your local wal-mart before going as prices may vary from store to store. Game stop has the regular version of Uncharted 2 USED for $27.99 (online only) Used in-store price is $34.99. Hope this helps.

Wal-mart charges gas and tax...sort of. Amazon doesn't. I would rather know that it will cost me 29.99 at amazon.com than hope my local wal-mart employees are competent enough to check if it is in stock. When it was 24.99 a while back I couldn't find it on the shelves and wal-mart employees said they were unable to check the computers to see the stock of an item.

I see absolutely no reason to waste my time with wal-mart and that level of incompetence.

$29.99 is not the regular price anywhere.

I went to a gamestop and i checked this game's case, and it had the DLC codes in the came case...i took em >:), but this game is fantastic
