I drove to the nearest TRU and picked up two copies of Mario Kart 7 from this deal yesterday, so just wanted to say thanks @dmaz

My wife just bought me Skyrim and LittleBigPlanet Special Edition for Christmas (She sucks at wrapping so I have to wrap my own gifts). What do I buy?!

Toys R Us actually had a buy 1, get 1 60% off on some of their video games about a week ago. I didn't get it on it when I had the chance, though. Damn me and my procrastination habits.

For our family this would be WAY better if you could mix and match the 50% off. Then I could get each kid what they wanted!

Just in case others are interested, Amazon has also matched this deal. TRU's is still a better deal if you're visiting a store though.

^^^ That's what I did with Skyrim. Since I knew it wouldn't get cheap anytime soon, I bought two copies of it at KMart for their Buy on get one 50% deal, kept one then sold the extra for nearly the original price. It worked out to getting it for about $32, which isn't bad. It takes a little extra work but it's worth it.

I was looking at this, but I can't actually think of two Wii games at the $50 price point that I want and don't already have. I haven't bought the new Zelda title, but I don't need two copies of it. I suppose I could buy two copies and sell one on ebay or something, but I'm not sure I'd get enough back through that to make it worth my while. The next best $50 game that I don't own is the new Mario & Sonic at the Olympics, but that will drop rapidly in price once the olympics begin...
