I assume the $200 is not your buying power on Restaurant.com. It is likely to be the value of the vouchers you can get if you use their service.

http://www.retailmenot.com/view/restaurant.com has a $4 for $25 code right now. That equates to $64 for $200. So this is still a good deal.

just spoke to a rep from restaurant.com, was told the $200 credit can only be used for the face value of the gift certificate. example: some random restaurant has a gift certificate valued at $100 but your price is $40, nope the $100 face value gets deducted from the $200 credit not the $40. still a good deal if your planning on throwing a family party.
