dealsnew balance 470 - m470ro3 - men's running…

I wear a size 10 -10.5 depending on the shoe type, so I ordered a size 10.5 to be safe. Shoes that were sent are labeled 10.5, but I can't wear them, even with thin socks. I gave them to a friend that wears a size 9, he couldn't wear them either. Joe's return policy states the shoes can be returned, but they do not pay shipping. I would suggest that you deal with one of the many on-line shoe stores that offer free return shipping, or allow you to return them to a local store. In the many shoes I have bought on-line, I have never had a pair I couldn't wear, and didn't expect New Balance to be a problem.

I am in for a pair of 12's.

Can't find good NB anywhere cheaper than this!

@mikegrmi: I recently purchased a pair of shoes from When I found out they weren't quite the correct size, I contacted them and arranged for a pre-paid return. They sent me a UPS label in the mail to return the shoes. The only thing they couldn't do was immediately credit me for the shoes, or arrange for an exchange. I had to purchase the second pair (with no shipping charge) and was credited for the original pair once it was received by them. All around, I found them to be very helpful on the return.
