I got two of these from Ben when they were up here the last time. Worked so well, I got another for the bedroom. They are refurbed, but that doesn't mean they were damaged and then repaired. I might get another for the guest bedroom for when I put a television in there.

Bens Outlet.... awful customer service...if your product shows up at all, consider yourself lucky. Good luck trying to contact them- no phone #. They say it is best to contact them by email and they will reply within 24 hours ... i emailed twice a day for a week...and they contacted me after 1 week when i escalated a complaint via PayPal- take away their money, and they react. Though it seems they have good prices for many things, I will never order from them...not worth the hours of stress trying to contact and deal with them.

got mine from 1saleaday.com when they offered them. like it and works fine but the surprise was that they added the 2gb card which i don't think was mentioned in the add. nice surprise.

Yes, the prefer support by email and while I did have difficulty I was able to reach someone by phone and have issues solved to my satisfaction.

If paying with paypal it does list a phone number one can contact them at.

Got mine yesterday. A lot quicker than I thought I would. Everything hooked up correctly and works as it should. I'm happy with the purchase and satisfied with Ben's Outlet as a seller.

I got mine today; it was missing the power cord required to power the Roku. I've contacted Ben's support, so I'll see how they do with this issue.
