I've had one of these for the past few months. It is a wonderful blade. It's been my main EDC knife since I got it. For anyone interested, youtube knife guru nutnfancy did a pretty thorough review of the knife here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Rh7MPz7lUf4

Looks interesting, I've picked up a number of Kershaw knives over the last few years and haven't been disappointed. Looks like the frame is relatively thin, kind of a nice thing to see as both of my Kershaw assisted-openers are rather chunky affairs that take up about twice the space of a non-AO (which I have no problem opening one handed with the same or less effort).

Kershaw makes some great quality knives. Sharp enough to cut a finger off too. Great blades

Fan of Kershaw but from the reviews, the biggest complaint is its weight (4oz) for its size.

@first2summit: The weight is high for a compact knife, but it's certainly not prohibitive. It feels really nice in the hand, and it has the weight actually helps prevent the knife from feeling like it will flip out of your hand when you flick it open like with a lot of really light assisted opening knives. Plus, it's a full framelock design, not just a liner lock like a lot of lighter knives. That means that the blade is much more secure than most other locking mechanisms.
