Perfect for the bomb shelter...2012 is just around the corner. Earthquakes, Tsunamis and Volcanic Eruptions Oh My!

My flashlight chews through these. Nice to have a easy source for cheap replacements.

Definitely a good price. I've never really found much difference in name brand vs generic CR123A's, especially if you're using them in a flashlight like I do.

Awesome! These things are pricey and I've got 3 tasers that each use 3 of these batteries.
....don't ask...

you can get these same batteries, exact same packaging, from ikea for a fraction of the price. I just picked up 20 for 5 bucks.

You sure you can find these at IKEA? I've only ever seen AA and AAA batteries there, not CR123s, and they're also not listed in the online catalog. This looks like a pretty decent deal to me.

@xavoc: What flashlights are you using them in? Often, these cheap brands are terrible with high draw devices, such as high current halogen bulbs, like the Surefire P61 lamp assembly. I've tried some non-mainstream brands with the P61, and it'll only stay lit for a minute and then, due to voltage sag, it'll just fade out. These should be OK for LEDs, though.

@rgzik: yeah, would love to be provided with a link to these cr123's that you got from IKEA please. I checked their site and they don't have any of these.

Thats a Hel* of a good price. Even for no nome batteries! Thanks for the woot!

How many will I need to make an electric car?

I used it on my rifle's flashlight (surefire). It was dim. The battery may have shelf life of 10 years, but I think these are already 9 1/2 years old.
