@shrdlu: That's 10 2-packs. With 20 leakfrogs, you will never be unknowing of any leaks.

@dangela424: Depends on the size of your house, and on the extent of your family.

shame on buy.com
don't they know that when you purchase Leak Frogs, you're supposed to get the whole Leak Frog experience? Leak Frog photoshops, snarky comments, testimonials, groans, etc. they're not offering you the true Leak Frog experience that woot can

@w00tgurl: Here you go...

"Water, water everywhere, and all the drywall did rot. Most of us detect household leaks by blindly blundering into a puddle in our clean socks. Only after we yank the soppy things off and throw them in the hamper, cursing all the while, do we realize the potentially expensive, foul-smelling damage that this unwanted fluid has been silently inflicting on our real estate.

Oh, if only we’d had the foresight to invest in some little plastic frogs! A few strategically deployed LeakFrogs would have made all the difference, posted in problem areas like next to the water heater or under your indoor waterfall. At the first sign of dampness, the LeakFrog sounds the alarm, alerting you to the fiendish presence of the dastardly villain H2O. And even when you’re tearing your hair out from visions of spreading mold and skyrocketing insurance, it never loses its chipper smile."

They work! But, the beep, beep, beep is so faint that you can't hear it when it is in a cabinet under the sink. Can I increase the volume?

Bought this back in Dec. on woot for $12.99 + $5.00 shipping. They seem to work well but haven't had a leak to test them yet. Worked when I faked a leak.

I've had these all over the house for several years, but one suddenly started beeping last week for no reason. Wasn't wet. Batteries had been replaced a couple months earlier. So I'm getting two more, just in case. That one was under the sink in the kitchen and we had no trouble hearing it at all.
