I'm confused about the one comment left on Amazon...The gentlemen said it was NOT a class 4 when it arrived but then explains that he contacted customer service but not what they did to help him? :\

After harvesting thousands of email addresses, everyone who placed orders at $9.67 will probably get emails that their orders were cancelled. They will continue to get future emails however.
