$30 off any Squaretrade Warranty over $30 for $0 + free shipping
Coupon Code: FF30
This is the best Squaretrade coupon I have ever seen, especially for smaller items. You could easily get 80-100% off the warranty. Great for a digital camera, Playstation Vita or other Video Game Console or anything else you may have purchased in recent weeks or are considering purchasing in the near future. I have not tested it with eBay purchases so I don't know if it is for retail items only. This is a spectacular deal from a great company.

Note: If you make a claim, you will have a deductible to pay. Likely $50.
Just in time for all our Woot-off purchases!
@jsoko: I think you are mistaken. The only warranty that I have ever purchased from them that had a deductible was accidental damage protection for my iPhone and the deductible was only if you broke it. On standard warranties there is no deductible nor do you have to pay for shipping to service the item.
@mbmanaus: Well... I saw this under the iPhone: "Coverage only available for iPhones bought in the past 30 days. A $50 deductible applies to all claims."
So I don't think I am incorrect...
Then I continue to see: "Our warranties protects against drops, spills, and other accidents... All Care Plans for new cell phones include Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH) coverage, which protects them against drops, spills, and other accidents. There is a $50 deductible for any accidental damage claim."
Then this for a Windows phone: "Deductible: A $99 Deductible applies to all claims"
@jsoko: Try it again and put the full sentence: "There is a $50 deductible for any accidental damage claim." This is for accidental user-caused damage only.
Now lets read from the standard warranty for all other products except for smartphones: "Our standard warranty covers all mechanical and electrical failures that occur during normal use. You get 100% Parts & Labor coverage with zero deductibles."
I have used their service for a camera and a camcorder and am 100% certain on this.
Edit: Nevermind, looks like you caught it.
@mbmanaus: Looks to me like you may or may not have a deductible depending on your phone/item whether or not it is accidental.
And you are referring to non-smart phones, where I was referencing smart phones.
@jsoko: Deductibles are for accidental damage on phones only. For most other items you are given the option to pay up front for accidental damage coverage and there is no deductible if it occurs. If you don't pay for accidental damage coverage and it is obviously your fault odds are that it simply won't be covered.
I have no idea where you would get that I was talking about non-smart phones. I clearly said a deductible would apply to accidental damage to an iPhone. I'm not sure why you are still on this when you clearly read it wrong and everything I have said has been accurate.
@mbmanaus: Did you not say "standard warranty for all other products except for smartphones..."?
I specifically looked up a Windows smart phone: Deductible of $99 for ALL claims.
iPhone said the coverage is for accidental damage: Deductible of $50!
I think we are speaking of 2 different things, while both being accurate!
@jsoko: But there are TONS of people out there that wouldn't be interested in iphone warranty but all their other ones. The ones I've looked at have no deductible, so maybe they just don't like fruit.
@mschauber: Fair enough... My initial comment may be incorrect for a lot of items. But for the smart-phones I have looked up, my comment is correct.
I was just trying to show that there may be a deductible, so consumers should take that into affect when considering a warranty through squaretrade.
I purchased one for my iPhone a year ago because even if I pay a $50 deductible, it's a fraction of the deductible Verizon would make me pay... plus the warranty cost less than half of two years of Asurion Insurance through Verizon.
That's a bummer... If you select kindle fire it redirects you to Amazon and the coupon code doesn't work.
@jsoko: I just wanted to clarify that your initial comment was incorrect and and that there is no deductible on most warranties. It appears that there is a fairly crappy warranty for smartphones with a $99 deductible on all claims including accidental damage which is different from the iPhone warranty.
Why did I have to purchase that Squaretrade last week. I should have held out 1 more week!
@segafanalways: You might be able to refund the first plan and repurchase. They refund a prorated price any time during the plan so it would probably still be a better deal to repurchase. Certainly worth looking into!
Sprint charges the same price with their new IPhone4S
@mbmanaus: Thanks. I will look into it.
FF30 does not work for my woot item! Son of a ....
FF30 does not work for this type of item...Why not? It's only a tablet with a value under $300! Not cool, SquareTrade!
They don't cover eReaders. Damn!
@dagweeds: Looks like Kindle won't work but I just got a Nook 3 Year warranty for $2.99 with the coupon code. The original warranty price has to be at least $30 but the 3 year warranty for even the cheapest ereader is 32.99 so it worked great.
FF30 DOES NOT WORK!
Tried it for our new $4000 Washer/Dryer set.
Oh well...The Square Trade Warranty price is still better than the Store price without the $30 savings.
Tried it with a Laser Printer I just bought. It took the code but when I tried to print it kicked this out.
Sorry, FF30 is not valid for this type of item.
Square Trade is like any other insurance company. Love taking in the premiums, hate paying out. I had two different small claims that were turned down.
I've never been one to "waste" money on warranties, but I'm considering this one!
I get "Sorry, FF30 is not valid for this type of item." Trying to use it for the HP Touchpads from woot! a few weeks ago.
If anyone wants 5 bucks off the Iphone warrenty from Squaretrade use this link and you will get 5 bucks off. You can also use FF30 I believe.
[mod: no referral links]
Anyone know how long this coupon is valid for?
Coupon code failed on audio equipment ... waaaah!
I called squaretrade on the phone to purchase a warranty for a laptop I bought 30 days ago. The service rep said the FF30 code only applied to IPHONE but as a courtesy he gave me 30% off the 70 dollar price since I am an existing customer with a warranty on a home theater. So If the coupon is still in effect but doesn't cover ur product try asking for the 30% courtesy discount.
wfg
didn't work for this woot-off's neato robotic vacuum cleaner either.
bummer.
works for woot thrive tablets
when I kept getting o.oo I called and this code is only for I phones.
@lindab137 -- you are incorrect, i just used this code on a surround sound system purchased thru ebay.
@segafanalways -- i had the same thing happen, major promotion/price drop after i purchased an iPhone warranty last year -- called customer service to do the whole "drop coverage, and start a new plan at lower price" and instead SqTrade just made the price right...no hassle
Very great company to work with.
