After a day the structure lengthens a bit and the flavors relax into lemon from lime, but the wine still has plenty of drive. Built for the cellar."

I took a tour of this winery when visiting Seattle last month. Very nice, clean facilities, and this particular wine is really tasty. Too bad Pennsylvania law won't allow me to order any!
