I never thought you could put beer in dessert recipes. My mom used to put it in her turkey stuffing. And in my dad. Not the turkey stuffing in my dad. Oh you know what I mean!

I've made beer BREAD for years! Quick, easy and delicious. Never thought about adding beer to desserts. I snagged this and will definitely try out some of the recipes.

using a good beer for cooking seems such a waste....

the one exception I can think of is steamed mussels. But I'd never sacrifice a good Belgian beer even for that!
