I purchased a pair of similar DaKine gloves for the 11/12 season and was on the snow for over 450,000' vertical. I play @ Whitefish in NW MT near the CA border. The gloves were toasty all season, showed very little wear and despite getting thoroughly wet on several occasions kept my hands pretty much bone dry. I really like the longer gauntlet cuffs for keeping the snow out of my sleeves on big pow days.
