Awesome except... This list is missing Christmas in Hollis by RUN DMC

the 'rudolphrednose' cut from the list above is from the 'we wish you a metal christmas' ep and is... how shall I put this... epic!
(if slightly less than heartwarming)

@trendkill7577: Thanks for the observation. If you can, please post the link to this song! Yet from what I can find on Amazon, this song costs $0.99, and therefore is not free.

Thanks - the Mogwai tune is classic. (not very Christmasy though)

these are some pretty lame xmas songs, where are alvin and the chipmunks!?

It looks like they might still be adding some more, anothere one not listed above:

Deck the Halls by Los Straitjackets: http://www.amazon.com/I-Deck-The-Halls/dp/B002TNFP38/ref=sr_1_56?ie=UTF8&s=dmusic&qid=1289600674&sr=1-56

Still skimming through the rest, there are a bunch of other songs mixed in.

this is in bad taste of turning this into a retail holiday by posting these before thanksgiving.

@mackie112:
You're really complaining about FREE Xmas song downloads??

Yeah, I probably would agree with you that Xmas has crept into Halloween now, the fact still remains that you're complaining about something that's free.

@widmer69: It's only in America where Xmas is creeping up to Halloween. In the rest of the world, it's already the Xmas season since there is no Thanksgiving. But FREE is usually good.;)

Works on Linux, although if use Ubuntu and have anything other than 9.10 it involves some trickery, just google 'Amazon MP3 Downloader Ubuntu 10.10' or whatever Ubuntu you use and it is the first Ubuntu Forums link, it was the second when I did it, follow those directions and it will work.

@mackie112: Eh, I don't think Thanksgiving is a real holliday for me, it just never felt special, so everything from November 1 to December 25 is Christmas for me. My family listens to Christmas Carols before Thanksgiving but we don't decorate for it until Thanksgiving day. Thanksgiving is just eating turkey and decorating for us.

Just because you get it now doesn't mean you have to listen to it now, one less thing to do once the season starts to get busy.

Awesome! Thanks for the link!

They usually post different songs free all the way up till Christmas.
I've perused for a few years and I'm getting a pretty good (free) collection.
