This is a good monitor. I have one at work. It can be bright if you want it to be, no ghosting. No dead pixels, though my VW224U at home has one dead and one stuck pixel. The built-in speakers aren't that great, but I guess they're better than having no speakers. I've never heard of superbiiz.com.

$130 before coupon code.

I have one of these and it's okay. I little bit of color shift at different tilts. Thinking of getting a second.

I'm currently using two of these at home (typing on them right now!). They're nice displays, though I feel as though they're just slightly too small. I'd recommend spending the extra bit and going up to the 24" to reduce/eliminate any possible eye strain.

I've had 2 ASUS monitors die on me - both under a year old. I don't trust the brand anymore. (And their tech support was a chore - it took over a month to get them to service the first one - which didn't last 2 weeks after servicing).

@skipernicus I've had an ASUS monitor very similar to this for ~5 years now and no problems. I guess just like any other computer component, there's always a chance of getting crap.

@skipernicus: Were they refurbished? Where did you get them from? I have been buying Asus products for about 15 years now, and have always been amazed with the quality. Besides motherboards (used to build machines at a small computer shop), I am on my second laptop, and currently using two large monitors. In all these years I have had one problem.

The first laptop inverter went bad. I wasn't sure what the problem was without swapping several parts so I broke down and sent it to Asus, not even within warrantly anymore. I traveled 100% for my job, so this thing had been through hell. Out of know where, I got a package on my desk. I hadn't even talked to them yet to see what it was going to cost to have it repaired. To my surprise, it was my laptop not only repaired, but they swapped out the outer shell and a few other cosmetic parts. The truely amazing part was this was all out of warrantly, and they didn't charge me a penny. I will always give my business to Asus.

One last Asus boy comment. Back when I was working at that little computer shop, building many desktops, I noticed something about their motherboards. Asus was always a few months behind the latest trends, but once they did release the new features, they worked. I really beleive their engineering and testing is above the norm in the industry.
