Squeaky Cheese - the only reason I know where Wisconsin is on the map.

Thanks! I shop at a market with a wall full of cheeses (domestic and imported) and it's daunting to even go over and look at it. Maybe after some studying, I'll go check it out.

Just got the poster in the mail! 11" x 14" It's small enough to hang inside a kitchen cabinet for reference. It's really nice. We've been inspired to try new cheese types.
